Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are newly admitted, please allow one full business day after your application has been processed for your portal account to be created.

The naming format for your login is first initial + last name + last 3 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). Do NOT follow that with @ntcc.edu. Do NOT include any special characters (commas, apostrophes, hyphens (-).

NOTE: If you did not supply a social security number on your admissions application, you will need to use the last 3 digits of your birth year.

The password is set to your date of birth (DOB) in an 8-digit format, mmddyyyy.

Example 1: Name Bart Simpson, SSN 123-45-6789, DOB January 3, 1989 would have login bsimpson789 and password 01031989.

Example 2: Name Jane Smith-Doe, SSN 123-45-6790, DOB December 12, 1995 would have login jsmithdoe790 and password 12121995.

If you were last active before 2015, you likely do not have a myEagle account. You will need to be readmitted by completing one of the applications on this page. Once the application has been entered, our Admissions office will process and your myEagle account will be created. Please allow 2 business days to complete. You can then follow the login procedure above.

The naming format for your login is your email id (without the @ntcc.edu). The password is your email password.

Change Your Password

You may use our Password Management tool to change your password.

Your new password must:

  • Be 8 characters or more.
  • Contain 3 out of the 4 following character types:
        Uppercase letter, Lowercase letter, Number, Symbol
  • Not contain the users name or username.
  • Not be one of your previous 2 passwords used.

NOTE: Changing your password will affect the following logins:
myEagle portal, @ntcc.edu email, Blackboard, on campus wifi and computer logins.
